When you contact us or complete the quote request, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, location and details of what you need. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, and provide the equipment, systems and support you ask for.
How your enquiry reaches us
The quote request opens a pre-filled message in your own email application, which you send to us directly. We do not run background tracking or advertising profiling on this website.
Lawful basis
We rely on your consent when you send us an enquiry, and on our legitimate interest in responding to and serving our customers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer information only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only where necessary to provide what you have asked for (for example a manufacturer's technical support), or where the law requires it.
